Before You Arrive

Six simple preparation steps.

No fine print. No complicated process. Complete what is necessary, care for your health, and allow the conference team to prepare the rest.

01

Keep Your Payment Receipt

Save the Stripe receipt sent to the email address used during checkout. You do not need to bring payment-card or banking information.

02

Complete Participant Information

Submit your name, contact information, dietary considerations, accessibility needs, and emergency contact through the participant form.

03

Watch for Final Instructions

The confirmed location, arrival guidance, final Saturday timing, and other necessary details will be sent directly to registered participants.

04

Bring Only What Helps You Participate

Bring reading glasses if you use them, any personally necessary medication, and comfortable personal items. Your large-print notebook and writing materials will be prepared for you.

05

Come Ready—Not Pressured

You may reflect privately, pass during optional discussion, and share only what you choose. No man will be required to disclose trauma, diagnosis, family conflict, or private pain.

06

Plan to Care for Your Body

Eat appropriately for your medical needs, take prescribed medication as directed, stay hydrated, and notify the office beforehand of relevant dietary or accessibility considerations.

Prepared for Every Man

You will not need to assemble your own conference materials.

The gathering is designed for comfortable reading, thoughtful participation, and personal dignity.

Your Dignity Matters

Reflection is invited. Disclosure is never demanded.

Personal worksheets remain yours and do not have to be turned in or read aloud. You may pass during optional discussion. Personal sharing should be treated respectfully and privately, except when safety or law requires appropriate action.

This conference provides education, ministry, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement. It is not psychotherapy, crisis treatment, medical care, or legal advice.
